Guest Information

Rents include central Heating/Electricity, towels and Bed Linen.

Extra Linen will be charged for.

Beach towels and cot linen are not supplied.

All weekly lettings are Friday to Friday. 3 nights Fri to Mon. 4 nights Mon to Fri.

Your holiday accommodation will be ready for occupation on day of arrival at 3.30pm. We request that you vacate your holiday accommodation by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Under no circumstances may the number of persons indicated to occupy a property be exceeded.

Only the persons indicated on the booking form may reside in the property.

Payment of a non-refundable deposit is required on all bookings and the balance will be due

8 weeks prior to arrival. All reservations will be confirmed by post.

Reception hours 07.30am to 10.00pm Monday - Friday, 08.00am to 10.00pm Saturday and Sunday. For initial access, keys must be collected within these hours unless other arrangements have been made.

We strongly advise prospective tenants to obtain insurance cover against the possibility of cancellation.
